There is no After School Club on Non-School Days or Half-Days.
Once registered, students may stay at After School Club any day. Please call the office by 2:00pm to confirm whether or not your child will be in ASC. Whether you are a regular or drop in, we must be informed by 2pm on any specific day if you plan to cancel or attend, so that we may staff the After School Club accordingly.After School Late Pick-Up Policy: St. Mary’s School understands that emergencies and accidents do happen. However, the After School Club policy for late pick up is as follows: $5 per child for the first 10 minutes after the program is officially closed, and $1 per child every minute after that first 10 minutes. If you are going to be late, please contact Ms. Rickords, the ASC coordinator. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late, please ask someone else on your pick-up list to come for your child.
